A multifaceted force, Jenai is a published author, poet, talent manager, educator, inventor, mentor, and devoted mother who leads with both strategy and heart. Her evolution from model to role model reflects her unwavering commitment to growth, excellence, and influence at every level.

Vice President Rafael Batista

Rafael currently sits on the board as our VP a former baseball player born in the Dominican Republic. He also, serves as NIE's Dominican Republic Director and interpreter, and baseball coach. He is a personal driver and humanitarian.

Treasurer Arella-Imani Batista

Arella-Imani Batista is a dedicated college student pursuing studies in business and finance, driven by a passion for leadership, purpose, and impact. As a certified and licensed phlebotomist, she has already demonstrated a commitment to serving others with care, precision, and compassion.

Serving as Treasurer for Nurture Inspire Empower, Arella-Imani plays a vital role in stewarding the organizations finances with integrity and excellence. She ensures that every resource is managed responsibly, every dollar is accounted for, and every decision supports the mission of empowering and uplifting the community.

With a genuine love for children and a heart for service, she is deeply committed to creating opportunities that nurture growth, inspire confidence, and empower the next generation. Arella-Imani continues to lead with purpose, using her skills and passion to make a lasting and meaningful impact.

Secretary Tiesha Hutchins

Tiesha serves as NIE Inc. Secretary, she plays a critical role in our organization, one who fosters communication and ensures proper management and understands the importance of utilizing her organizational skills! Tiesha is the President and Director of Linden Tree Learning Homeschool in Southern California. She holds a BS in Psychology and Masters in Public Administration from University of Phoenix and Waldorf Teacher Training Certificate from Waldorf School in Orange, California. As an advocate for social justice, Tiesha has volunteered for LA84 Foundation Olympic Day, LA Fair Work Week, and advocating for workers right.
