BOARD MEMBERS

Jenai (Ana-e) is currently known professionally as NIE. Additionally, she has worn various hats, as she is an American entrepreneur, poet, talent manager, mother, model to role model, mentor, published author, inventor, educator, owner and founder of the Nurture Inspire Empower Inc. Foundation.

Rafael currently sits on the board as our VP a former baseball player born in the Dominican Republic. He also, serves as NIE's Dominican Republic Director and interpreter, and baseball coach. He is a personal driver and humanitarian.

Patrice currently sits on the board with NIE Inc. as the treasure and has 5 years experience in financial management and accounting. In her prior job experience she was employed with nonprofit organization Masters Commission for five years.  She is a flight attendant of Sky West airlines of 8 years. She is also a dedicated philanthropist and serves a volunteer with NIE Inc.

Tiesha serves as NIE Inc. Secretary, she plays a critical role in our organization, one who fosters communication and ensures proper management and  understands the importance of utilizing her organizational skills!  Tiesha is the President and Director of Linden Tree Learning Homeschool in Southern California. She holds a BS in Psychology and Masters in Public Administration from University of Phoenix and Waldorf Teacher Training Certificate from Waldorf School in Orange, California. As an advocate for social justice, Tiesha has volunteered for LA84 Foundation Olympic Day, LA Fair Work Week, and advocating for workers right.
