Our Pop-Up nonprofit is a Life Skills Youth Mentoring Program with Community based Activities. NIE offers temporary educational programs and community based activities in less fortunate communities who are in need of support and social awareness. We randomly set up in communities, typically for short period of time and space is limited. We can also pop-up in your community upon request. Our programs and services are uniquely created to nurture the child, inspire the youth, and empower the student.
Strengthening one child, one community at a time.
NIE encourages youth to get involved in their community. Whether it's planning a food drive, leading a cleanup effort or contributing to a community garden, together, everyone can help build a stronger community.
NIE is a place where youth can learn, play & give. We teach the youth the importance of getting involved in their community through leading by example. No matter if we are picking up trash, recycling, cleaning beaches, motivational speaking, feeding or advocating social justice, the goal is to make a positive impact.
We dedicate this section in honor of Dr. King and acknowledge it to be a National Day of Service. Dr. King worked strongly in his community promoting nonviolent acts and creating equality for Black Americans. However, the peaceful message delivered also spoke from a loving place because he genuinely really wanted everyone to get along. NIE promotes the same message, we work in communities who have not been afforded the same rights, attention and love. Not only do we clean to show appreciation to Dr. Kings message but we also get out & volunteer time in effort to make a difference in communities, one youth at a time to continue Dr. Kings legacy.

When the community has been failed and do not know their rights we educate them & create platforms where their voices can be heard. We connect with other powerful social justice movement groups pushing their wants, needs and request through advocacy.
NIE is a place where we accept and give donations to those in communities that lack. We just want to see the youth smile, even if only for a day.
NIE engages with their audiences on many different levels. We want to establish trusting life-long relationships with the mentee and those in the communities we support through transparency. We believe our audience should not just see our work but hear our hearts through our voice.
We encourage people who have a passion for the youth, helping their communities and simply those who have a talent, gift, and or ability they would like to share. Come on out and devote some of your time and energy for a much needed cause. Remember give with a cheerful heart!
Take your time and think about if our pop-up life skills youth mentoring program is right for you. Though we offer community based activities you'll enjoy, we hope you'll enjoy sharing your time to help us help another child and or community in need.
Together we can NIE the communities.
